City Developments: Strong response for Copen Grand, Tengah City’s first Executive Condominium – 465 units snapped up on launch day

Singapore, October 23 2022 – Bookings for the highly anticipated Copen Grand Executive Condominium (EC) – the first EC in future Tengah Town – began on Saturday, October 22, 2022 for eligible buyers. On the first day of launch, 465 units (73% of the project) were sold. The average introductory price was S$1,300 per square foot (psf), with an additional 3% applied to units sold under the Deferred Payment Scheme.

All unit types were well received by buyers, with luxury 4-bedroom units sold out. Prime units are still available for reservation by eligible first time buyers.

Under current EU regulations, only 30% of the project can be awarded to second buyers at launch. For Copen Grand, this quota has been reached. Interested second buyers who were unable to purchase a unit during the introductory period can make their reservations for the remaining units one month later. E-applications for second buyers will take place from November 17 to 23, with sales booking due to start on November 26, 2022.

Developed by City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land, the luxurious 639-unit EC at Tengah Garden Walk is nestled in the heart of Tengah Town – envisioned as Singapore’s first smart and sustainable neighborhood. It comprises 12 blocks of 14-storey residential towers.
