Kota Kinabalu: The Heart of Luyang 2022 Golf Tournament to be held at Sabah Golf and Country Club (SGCC), here, tomorrow (Saturday) is offering a flat for its hole-in-one grand prize. The tournament is organized by KTI Sdn Bhd as a token of appreciation for the trust of the owners of the company’s Parkhill apartments, as well as to thank them for making The Logg their future home. KTI sales and marketing director Stella Loke said all 250 units of Parkhill apartments were sold within six months of its official launch earlier this year.
She said the achievement marks the company’s strong start in its first foray into high-end co-ed development. She said it also follows Maybank’s approval of the Houzkey financing program, which offers zero down payment and 100% financing for applicants. KTI, she said, was the first property developer in Sabah to be approved for the scheme which benefited up to 40% of its buyers. “Our mission is to fulfill people’s aspiration to own their dream home and we are delighted that with the favorable progress at Parkhill, we have made that dream a reality for local buyers,” she said. said in a statement Thursday.
She also revealed that they will continue to expand program benefits for the two remaining residential towers, Shorea n Astoria. The sale of the condominium suites of Shorea n Astoria will be launched as soon as the project continues to take shape from scratch. KTI, as the main contractor for the project, has completed 80% of the basement construction work, which is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year. This was a critical factor in the early stages of building The Logg and it took two years of foundation work and bored piles to reach this stage.
Upon completion, the entire development will be supported by a strong substructure foundation to protect the entire project against earthquakes. The Boulevard Mall is expected to be completed by 2023.
